- We carry the consignments, letters, parcels and equipments by vehicles up to 1,5 t gross weight on the roads in short transportation time for any place in Hungary and in Europe.
- We execute the delivery orders against charges of freights depending on the dimension, the weight of the consignment and on its priority status (normal, urgent) on kilometer (distance) base or against fix charge of freight. In the case of heavy or big volume objects we can use semi trailers, too.
- The customer must properly pack and label the goods at closed envelopes, sachets, boxes so that the labeling has full address for both the person of the sender as well as thatof the receiver.
- We undertake responsibility only for the safe transportations of the goods.
- For the content of the consignments both the sender and the receiver are liable without limitation.
- The customer has to ensure that the packaging be made properly so that the consignment will not be damaged while being transported.
- At collection of the consignment we – at request – take photos of the shipment. In this way we can provide a document of the condition of the consignment, the photos are to be handed too to the addressee or receiver of the delivery.
- We insure the consignment for a value up to 250,000.00HUF, but at special cases one can place additional insurance policy as well.
- In Budapest and in its 40 km agglomeration we deliver the consignments within two hours after its collection.
- In whole Hungary we can provide deliveries within 24 hours after the collection depending on he priority status of the order.
- We offer non urgent door-to-door deliveries between Hungary and England on weekly basis.
- The same services are provided in relation to other EC countries, too.
- In urgent status we can offer 72 hours delivery time according to the distance.
- To successfully deliver the goods is vital for us being able in advance to inform the receiver of date and time of the delivery, that is to say when the items will be delivered and he or she is willing to receive them.
- We do not store and deposit consignments.
- If we cannot deliver to the receiver for reasons outside our power we return the consignment to the sender with a surcharge of 50 per cent of the freight.
- The cost of freight must be paid in all circumstances by the sender.
- Your orders can be placed wit us in all forms of communication (phone, fax, e-mail, Skye) in order to facilitate the quickest delivery time. The orders are immediately registered in our data base management system ensuring that our staff member located nearest to the customer can be set out for the execution of the order.
- At the collection and delivery of consignment 15 minutes waiting is free of charge, after that after every 15 minute period we charge an extra fee.
